I love broccoli. It’s my default vegetable. I always have some in the fridge, whether full crowns or the broccoli sections sold at Trader Joe.

My love of broccoli has led me to explore different varieties, such as broccoli rab, a familiar vegetable in Italian cooking, or Chinese broccoli, in which you eat the entire vegetable, leaves, stems and all.
