Meet Virginia Willis - although I am willing to bet that lots of you already know her. She is a much-admired chef, broadcaster, author, and culinary entrepreneur, based in Atlanta.
Along with her cookbooks, broadcast appearances and activities in the food world, Virginia recently co-founded a media training business. She is offering indispensable advice specifically to culinary people who want to feel comfortable on camera, on mobile devices and launching their own writing careers.
In the next issue of CulinaryWoman, Virginia will talk about how COVID-19 has changed the media landscape for chefs, restaurant owners, and writers. It is a scary and unsettling time, but Virginia has some ideas to help everyone keep going.
We’ll unveil our CulinaryWoman of the Week, and lots more, including the latest on the Restaurants Act.
Thanks so much to everyone who’s signed up! The response is gratifying. We’d love it if you’d recommend CulinaryWoman to your friends and networks. Feel free to share this email. They can sign up here.
Have a great Fourth of July weekend, and see you Sunday.
