I’ve always loved helping people brainstorm. Nothing is more exciting to me than seeing someone come up with an idea and put it into action.
But, not everyone has the tools or the sounding board to make things happen. So, I want to help.
Introducing my new feature: CulinaryWoman Coaching.
I am here to help anyone with an idea who wants advice on how to take their next step. My focus is on small businesses, especially those in the culinary world, authors, writers, broadcasters and career changers.
Whether you have a going concern, a side gig or a dream, and you want to do more, I’m here to part the clouds.
Along with getting my input, you will be able to tap into my growing team of experts with specific knowledge.
These are nationally and internationally based creators in areas such as menu design and hospitality, podcasts and audio, photography and video, illustration and on-camera performance.

Suggest ideas to tell and amplify your story on social media platforms and your own website.

Walk you through launching a Substack newsletter, like this one.
Make connections with useful resources.
Lead small group conversations.
Think Of Me As Your Mentor
Over the years, I’ve been a big sister and sounding board to numerous university students and professional colleagues. Thanks to David Candow, the late coach for NPR hosts and journalists, I learned how to listen to your aspirations, and to ask questions that will help clarify where you want to go.
It’s the type of relationship a mentor might provide for you. My goal is for you to find direction, feel comfortable with the choices you make, and most important, to act on them. I’m the coach: you are out on the field.
A Rolodex of Resources
I know people. Here is a short list of the skills my experts can offer.
Design a menu, create an equitable kitchen, source top quality ingredients and update a dining room that reflects the direction you wish to take.
Start a podcast, or enhance your existing audio efforts.
Make and help you produce videos about you, your product or your business. Help you master Reels and TikTok.
Train you to appear on food TV shows and feel at ease doing on-camera interviews.
Create a logo, or sketch a drawing of your business.
After we’ve held an introductory session to figure out your goals, I will connect you to the appropriate members of my advisory team. I’ll be introducing them soon, so stay tuned!
My Rolodex of resources is growing daily. If you need specific assistance, I’ll send you to the right person.
What I Can’t Do
Public Relations. I am unable to draft press releases or make pitches to media on your behalf.
Guarantee any media coverage. That includes my own, to avoid any ethical conflicts.
Political/campaign consulting.
Solve your internal disputes.
Provide specific financial advice.
Reasonable Fees
I can meet with you one-on-one, via Zoom or on the phone. My hourly prices are reasonable. We start with an introductory session (minimum fee two hours) and go from there.
My fee includes referrals to my list of experts. If you decide to work with them, you will arrange additional counseling directly with them.
