Coffee And Tea And The Java In Me

As I’ve mentioned in the past, my family roots are in Canada, and we made frequent trips there throughout my childhood. My mother always liked to stop for groceries, including boxes of Red Rose tea. It came with little ceramic figures, which lined our dish cabinet.

For whatever reason, she thought Canadian Red Rose was better than the version sold in America, and I still pick it up when I make my grocery runs there. Meanwhile, I’ve enjoyed lots of good coffee on my visits, in Windsor, Ontario, Toronto and in Montreal.

So, no surprise that The Great Canadian Baking Show would set a Coffee and Tea Week.
