Daddy-Daughter Cooking
Since it’s Father’s Day, I wanted to share this story about myself and my dad. It appeared last week at The Takeout, where I’ve been delighted to write about all kinds of food topics.
My father, Frank H. Maynard, had a busy job at American Airlines, and he didn’t do a lot of cooking. But, he and I enjoyed making corn pancakes together.
They’re an easy and inexpensive recipe that starts with a box of Jiffy Mix and ends up with enough for a festive family breakfast.
Try them out!
Looking forward to having you as my guests next week. Please recommend Culinary Woman to your friends and networks. See you soon!
