Happy President’s Day! We were blanketed with snow in Michigan during the past few days, and that sent soup to the top of my wish list. I was delighted when Chef Patrick O’Connell from the Inn At Little Washington sent me this recipe for White Bean Soup. CulinaryWoman doesn’t post a lot of recipes but I’m making an exception for this one.

If you’ve never been there, the Inn sits about 70 miles from Washington, D.C. It’s the only Michelin three-star restaurant in the metropolitan D.C. area, one of those destination places where you would be wise to book a room for the night and settle in to a sumptuous dinner.
