Share love of any kind this Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow. It has become one of two times during the year when American couples get engaged, the other being the Christmas holidays.

In many places, Valentine’s Day and the weekend prior to it are big dining out times. These days break up the mid-winter lull and can provide a little burst of revenue until weather improves.

I’ve asked restaurant owners how they feel about Valentine’s Day and have gotten a mixed response.
