Chefs have always enjoyed collaborating with each other. It’s fun for camaraderie and it’s enjoyable for dinners, too. During the pandemic, we really saw collaborations in the spotlight.

Owners came to the assistance of friends who were struggling, and while not every place could be saved, there were valiant efforts.

Now, we’re seeing those helping hands …
