On Monday night, I went to a panel discussion sponsored by the New Orleans chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier, the organization for women in the culinary field.
The panel focused on “Marketing And Branding Outside Your Own Back yard.” The participants included Kim Lewis of Ole Orleans Wines & Spirits, Katrina Matthews of Wetlands Sake, Emily Shaya of Pomegranate Hospitality, Mandy Simpson from NOLA Boards, Amy Sins from Langlois Culinary Entertainment, and was moderated by Anna Whitlow of Be Nimble PR.
