What kind of cookbooks appeal to you?
I was reading through emails this week, and I saw a pitch from a publicist promoting an air fryer cookbook.
I scrolled by it because I don’t have an air fryer. Then, I wondered: who is reading air fryer cookbooks?
I went on Amazon and searched for “best selling cookbooks, 2023.” To my surprise, two of the top selling cookbooks were for air fryers.
