Not sure if this is a "routine" vs. being "creatures of habit," but most weekday mornings we eat fruit and cereal, fruit and yogurt, or fruit and a bagel/toast (along with coffee...always the coffee). If we have time on Saturdays, we may make oatmeal. Sundays, usually scrambled eggs with fruit and toast/bagel. Nothing fancy -- we save that for when we occasionally go out for breakfast/brunch.

My brother made me pancakes when I was back in Michigan this fall. I would never make pancakes at home - I’ve only had them once out since I moved down here.

Very much not routine other than morning tea and being sure I have fresh bread! When I run low on bread it's time to bake which makes a happy day. With wild yeast water, I can bake any time without having to restart a starter. https://www.rosemarymark.com/yeast-water-artisan-bread-2/

As for other food, so many recipes come by my computer that I have a continuous flow of new inspiration, plus my CSA box regularly inspires recipes.
