This week, I attended a dinner at Miss Kim restaurant in Ann Arbor, Mich. It was hosted by chef Ji-Hye Kim, a three-time semi-finalist for the James Beard Award. Her guests were authors Matt Rodbord and Eric Kim, who have new books about Korean cooking.
